I have an autoimmune disorder that causes me great pain at times. I booked Sarah Ledbetter for multiple Restorative Yoga private sessions to aide me in developing an at-home practice to manage the pain when necessary, to help reduce stress, and to increase ease of motion.
Sarah came to my home, which was beyond convenient, as I am a stay-at-home mom. We were able to work together while my son napped. Sarah was always prompt and the quality of our one-on-one time together was beyond excellent. I always felt at ease.

Sarah is such a great yoga teacher. She is low-key and so in tune with each of her students wherever they are in their practice. She gently nudges you to try new poses but only as you're ready. Can't say enough for her knowledge and her teaching style!!! She's the best!!

Sarah - ahhhh, Sarah! She is simply extraordinary. Her calm yet powerful yoga instruction is remarkable. She has the wonderful capability of adjusting the practice to each person's need. And nothing is quite so decadent and successful as having her in your own home to lead the practice.

I am Sarah's biggest fan!!!!!! When my schedule allows time for yoga, I always look forward to my one hour class with her! She knows my limits and works within them. At the end of our session, I keep my fingers crossed that she will lay her "magic hands" on me in the form of a gentle forehead and neck massage. When that happens, I leave on a little pink cloud! ☺️ I am stretched and relaxed and feel 1000% better than before our session began. My only disappointment is that I don't have time for MORE classes!
