- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely reasonable compared to most. We also offer to beat any estimate you receive from another company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a visit to come out and diagnose the issue. We will provide a thorough explanation of the work needing to be done and options for the repair . We will then complete the work or schedule a return date. We will provide updates throughout the entire process. We do not collect a payment until the job is 100% complete and you are satisfied with the work.
