- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm one of the few lawyers that uses flat fees in most situations. Clients finds this as a benefit, because they know what their costs will be. There is no stressing over hourly fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It starts with a free consultation. This consultation is to gather relavant info in order to advise clients on the best options available. I use the consultation to inform the customer about how the law relates to their particular set of facts or situation. If anything, the client should be well informed after the consultation.
