I trained with Law for around a year and in that time I had the best results I've ever had. I lost 30 lbs while working with him and also was impressed not just with the weight loss but also the toning and muscle definition I gained. Law is very knowledgable in how he programs his workouts to achieve body fat percentage loss and toning. He is also very knowledgable in programming a diet plan based on what you want to achieve. His training and workouts are hard work but get results if you follow his plan. I would 100% recommend Law as a trainer for anyone at any level of fitness.
I have been working with Ethan for a little over a year and a half. I came to him initially just wanting to get in better shape, and expected him to give me workouts to complete and that would be about the extent of our trainer-client relationship. I’ve been working out with Heydi for about a year now. I couldn’t be more pleased! Heydi is all you could ever ask for in a personal trainer. She is professional, knowledgeable, motivational and FUN! Not only does she have great knowledge of fitness, but also in nutrition. She listens to you and what your goals are and pushes you to make them. She CARES. She answers any questions you may have and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it and follow up with you. You get the maximum benefit of your time with her because she is constantly changing the routine to make sure you get the maximum benefit of your workout. I haven’t been bored once! I always look forward to my sessions with her. Her workouts are TOUGH, but Heydi has a knack for sensing when you’re struggling and manages to get you to push through with a smile on your face. Heydi is constantly broadening her knowledge in her craft through personal study and attending workshops. On top of all this, Heydi is a GOOD person! Sarah is an amazing trainer! She greets every client with a warm smile and is genuinely interested in not only his/her personal fitness goals, but who he/she is as an individual. She comes prepared to every session with a specific workout plan tailored to each individual client's needs, but can and will modify her plan to accommodate her client. She finds new ways to challenge her clients while making the workout experience fun and different every time. I have been working out with Sarah for almost 4 months and there has not been one exercise routine that has been repeated. With each session Sarah pushes me with new exercises, new goals, and new ways to challenge my body and mind. Her combinations of cardio and bodyweight exercises have challenged my body to shred fat and build lean muscle while also helping me with nutritional needs, even if it's to share a good recipe! Andrew is an outstanding trainer! He was unlike any other personal trainer I've worked with in the past. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and then custom developed a plan to get me there. He was tough but encouraging and held me accountable to the plan we developed. His workout space is professional and clean and I would recommend Andrew to anyone at any fitness level!

Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trainer who knows how to train no matter your body type or level of experience.

I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for about eight months and have been in the best shape of my life. I also experienced the most strength gains from our weightlifting training. He was also very adept at teaching me proper form and showing me how I can create an entire program to achieve all my goals. When I first started working with him, I was a bit intimidated of the gym. Now I know the lingo and can talk with the best of them about super sets, drop sets, macros, CLA, etc. I'm so proud of the work we've done together! During our work together, Daniel emphasized the importance of nutrition in achieving goals. He also saw that as motivated as I could be, I still struggled with my sweet tooth. He told me a lot of his clients had those same struggles and it led him to become certified in an online nutrition habits program. My trainer, Lexi Cox, really motivated me to push myself and achieve my goals. She conducted our training sessions very professionally, but she was also very personable and easy to get a long with.
These two know their stuff. They have not only helped me with workout plans and dieting tips, but so many others. I've seen these two interact with their clients and they care for each and every single one of them, and their clients also show that same care back. They are quick to get back with you. In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients. During my training sessions with Patrick, I have built the confidence and desire to move forward. Currently, I have made significant gains in preparation for my Army fitness test next month.
