FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is determined by the size, age and condition of the house. For example: A new house is easier and faster to inspect than the older ones. I am fair in pricing, and do not charge extras like some, who make an extra report just to charge ... when the standard report should include the basic on visual pest and dry rot, and moisture problems! I do not include extra charges unless house is over 25 years old ! Therefore, I keep the price down, no short cuts, very particular in the quality of my service, meaning inspected by experience!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first process is to listen and communicate with the customer. Make them feel comfortable, and welcome their questions! Ask questions about the property, find out their concerns, and needs? After we discuss the needs, and agree upon a price, the next steps are procedures to follow after the sale. Explain the complete process to the customer as listed on the website... before, during and after the inspection. My primary goal is to earn the respect of my customers, their concern is my concern. I am always open to calls, and will provide my customers with helpful advice about their home, afterwards.
