  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We give fair prices which are always competitive, and often under, estimates that have been given by other businesses. The prices for Interior painting is based on square footage for walls, and linear footage for trim, as well as the color. If you are painting the same color it will be cheaper than if your doing a color change. Flooring and tile prices are also based on square footage and the material being used. Pressure washing prices are based on the size of your driveway, house, or roof. Handyman services vary depending on the specifics of the task at hand.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will first call to determine what your project is and that it is within our criteria, and to schedule an in person meeting where we will take measurements, notes, and pictures to ensure that we can give an accurate estimate, and keep our customer happy by having all the details of the job recorded so nothing is forgotten. Then We'll send your estimate as soon as possible afterwards, which will typically be the end of the work week as that is our office day dedicated to estimates. Once the customer accepts the estimate we'll schedule the job on the next available date that is convenient for the customer. If it is an emergency let us know during the initial phone call and we will do our best to get to the task immediately.

    We have over 20 Years of experience combined in various trades all of which contribute to our home improvement abilities. We have chosen painting, flooring, pressure washing, and handyman services as our favorite, and our best skills.
