Watson's Lawn Care

Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We only use a push mower. Most lawn care company's use fancy ride/stand up mowers and don't look behind them to make sure all the grass is cut, with a push mower you get to make sure the grass is being evenly cut before moving on. I like the satisfaction of getting done and looking at the final product, seeing something I accomplished and is done right.

Did a good job cutting the lawn, but could have done a better job of cleaning up ( blowing grass off the st.)

I was in DIRE need of a lawn mowing (think almost 1 month of growth), as my last guy moved out of town and left me hanging, and then his replacement rescheduled on me three times, but Matt Watson was able to come over almost immediately to end my suffering, and he did a great job. This was my first service with him, but that fact that he was willing and able to mow my seriously outgrown lawn within hours of me requesting service makes him my hero. He took him time and did a very thorough job. He and I have already worked out a regular schedule for mowing every week!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I submit a quote I stick to it at least for the first time, for example if I quote someone 30 dollars and I get there and it's a 60 dollar job, I'm doing it for 30 and then explain to customer it would be more the next time around.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been mowing yards since I was 5 years old, I couldn't reach the pedals, to stop when i was done so I stood up so the seat safety switch would shut the mower down.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always liked mowing since I was little, I like seeing the finished product and saying to myself I did a really good job
