He trains differently than other trainers. He keeps it fun but pushes you to your limits. Very professional and works with your schedule if it's weird like mine in retail. Also helps with nutritional goals as well.

This man is an amazing personal trainer! I recommend MGL to anyone who is serious about their fitness. His vast knowledge of the human body, physical fitness, and nutrition, combined with his client dedication, individual goal focus, and unique sense of humor, all make training with MGL both successful and fun. In addition, every facilities used are equipped and clean. MGL is individual and family friendly. If you are looking for a trainer who is interested in his job and your progress MGL is the place.
