- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a pretty cool thing with my company. We won't charge you for the services you don't need in a flat rate. When I send you the check list you and you send it back you also list what you would expect to pay (what you think the job is worth) and if it's reasonable to me that's your price. We are very flexible, especially for regular customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I noticed what outrageous prices big companies charge for BASIC cleaning much less intensive deep cleaning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cleaning houses and taking care of animals for clients who work long hours or go out of town. Most of the time my pet clients are also cleaning clients.
