Introduction: I am a local architect who designs and builds homes, additions, and commercial property. I love to design homes and buildings to provide optimal use of space and increase functionality when possible. After learning your vision, I bring design ideas to the table you may not have considered.
Our company, Design Build Partners, has been in business for over 20 years now. We have worked on large projects such as buildings at Vanderbilt and constructed the Harley Davidson store in West Nashville. Our homeowner improvement division is popular on Thumbtack and takes on projects such as building decks, shelving and storage, remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, concrete work, building custom homes, and much more. We were recently recognized as one of the best home builders in Nashville by the Nashville Scene readers in their Best of Awards 2015.
Our architect team consists of a couple of locally acclaimed architects (one of whom is me :) who can capture the design you envision and even add some features above what you had in mind.

I have been impressed with Robs work over the years. He has done some very large projects in Nashville such as designing and building fine custom homes and even building the Harley Davidson store in West Nashville. He also has an entire team dedicated to remodeling, renovations, and home updates. So, when it was time for us to get a custom baby gate and a large wall shelving unit for our bonus room, I called him. He gave us several options for shelving and really thought through the project to offer the most aesthetically appealing design while staying in our budget. All our guests immediately comment on both the gate and shelving unit when they come to visit. The craftsmanship is clearly miles above what a handyman would offer and the team who installed it was cordial and polite. I am now considering adding an observation deck on the back of our home and will call Rob first.
