- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For carpet we charge $30.00 per room( for residential customers). For commercial carpet we charge .13 per square foot Commercial janitorial cleaning is quoted based upon a walkthrough where we can see how much carpet v.s hard floors,how many bathrooms and several other factors. Residential service is based on square footage.

Finding out what their needs are and then ascertaining if we can serve them with excellence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many hours of training under master carpet cleaners.
