Brandes M. says, "Bruce's company did excellent work & I would hire them again. He was very reasonable on the price [$1,280 (L) + $245 (M)] = $1,525*.
*The job came in below budget ($1,615) because I already had most of the materials on hand. There was a small piece of damage to one of my vanities, but it wasn't enough to make a big deal out of. My only issue was that the contractor doing the work (Felix) arrived 2 hrs late on Day 2, which made that day's job end at 10pm & I ended up doing the clean up in the house.
1. Day 1 (Thurs) - Bruce was on time & provided an estimate.
2. Day 2 (Fri) - Felix cut out the damaged sheet rock and dried out the moisture in Bathroom #3, removed damaged plywood & dried out moisture in Bathroom #1. Built an enclosure for the bathroom vanity and installed new toilet hardware in Bathroom #2.
3. Day 3 (Mon) - Installed flooring in Bathrooms #1 & 2, installed insulation and put up new sheet rock in Bathroom #3.
4. Day 4 (Tues) - Hauled away all trash for disposal."See more
