Heather is extremely helpful and social. Went out of her to make sure we were all set up for the event and later help laid things back into our vehicle! I would definitely recommend her and hire her again for another event!

When I first met Naomi I honestly was terrified- she's nothing like me at all, a very different personality, etc etc. I confessed to her that I never had a wedding scrapbook or anything and she *might* have judged me, but we planned out a basic idea and I had a good feeling, so we hired her! I was essentially looking for a wedding mentor who suggested but didn't intrude and Naomi fit that role perfectly. At this point, the wedding was about two months away out of a six-month engagement; we had the venue and people and loose ideas. Naomi really took charge at picking up my slack. I know summer has been a busy month for her, but we emailed and texted to make sure everything was in its place. When I was stressed out over details, she magically made it easy for me to decide. I had a very unconventional wedding and she made small suggestions (which I loved) and assured me that everything was going to look great. Of course, everything did turn out great! Naomi is outrageously generous with her talent and time. She didn't *just* suggest how to do bouquets and decorations - she is a florist herself (an AMAZING one) so she did all the flowers. She also sells dresses and accessories- my veil was from her shop and I got to try on various dresses. On the day of, she made sure that everything was in its right place. She missed the ceremony so she could make sure the reception was ready to go afterwards. She's an amazing asset. A very easy-to-work-with planner. I'm really happy she was on our team - our wedding went smoothly thanks to her! I attached a few pictures so you get an idea. We're still waiting on professional ones - so excuse the potato quality!

Wow! Ludlow did a FANTASTIC job catering my company's corporate event. From the time I called to book with Rachel, to working out the details together and through to the last bite of their delicious food, I was so impressed! Of course, I have not scheduled an actual event through Ms. Gaines but, I work with her on the daily basis. I can say without hesitation the energy, time, dedication, community (essential) and finagling to get the best for her perspective client(s) is a priority to her. Therefore, if you are seeking a professional and eager event planner give Ms Gaines an opportunity.

At first I thought I could get things together myself, but I soon realized getting together an awesome wedding is a full time job! Aundrea took me on as a client and took a HUGE weight off my shoulders! She is so sweet and kind and took over immediately. You name it, she was in line with EVERYTHING, that makes a wedding “storybook” like my friend called it. The venue, the food, the photographer, the drinks, the bartender, the flowers, the decor of the venue in the colors we chose, the invites, the thank you notes, the seating cards, organizing the ceremony itself with the officiate, the timing of the ceremony and the music of the ceremony, the wedding parting gifts to the guests, decorating my house for the after party, OH MY GOSH, have I forgotten anything! JP took care of us and made our event the most awesome day of our life. Thank you JP and Thank you Aundrea.”

Lauren receives my highest recommendation. She is professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, responsible, efficient, and able to jump in without direction. Here’s why I would recommend Lauren for any event planning, event management, or wedding day coordination. I hired Lauren to be my Wedding Day Manager for my wedding to be held near my home town in Kentucky. I was planning a wedding from 1200 miles away in Colorado. She was understanding of my unique situation and provided me with sense of security that everything on our wedding day would be well taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy. She did just that. Lauren showed up to our venue without ever seeing it before, got a short walk through, and was able to take it from there. She made sure everything happened the way it was supposed to when it was supposed to. She had an eye for the details and helped make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She took over the entire day, everything from helping men with boutineers to directing the food service staff, she did it all, successfully and efficiently and in the most professional manner possible. Lauren provided the best possible wedding day coordination and more importantly she provided us peace of mind, which is absolutely invaluable on your wedding day. You won’t regret hiring Lauren, she’s an excellent choice for your event management needs.
