Jed and Creative Home Solutions just finished a two tier deck on our lake house that we had to have replaced due to C.O.E. land restrictions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wood privacy fencing $17 Linear foot. Gates $100 each comes with heavy duty kit. Some cases we have to charge for rock if it slows us down $20 additional for each hole. Our competitors price is over $20 ft.

Meet with customer and go over project. Recommend ideas for design and cost savings.

Started in 2005 in Columbus, Ohio and have expanded into Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee in the last 8 years.
