We had Lettuce Do Lunch & Dinner come out and do drop-off catering for our company Christmas party for about 60 people. I was too busy to ever eat any of the food, but all reports were that the food was delicious. I was very happy with the price, variety, and quantity. If you have heavy eaters you may want to buy for more than your actual number of people, but the amount given was very generous for the price. Pam arrived right on time and got everything set up in a flash. We'll probably be calling again come next Christmas!
I have known Law for the past 9 months as a friend and a workout buddy. As a physical therapist, I was surprised at his knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the body and at the tips and new exercises he has introduced to me to improve my own routine (both exercise and nutrition). He knows his stuff...everything from nutrition to designing a program to optimize benefits while minimizing time. Hes not just another trainer - his education and athletic history give him an edge, and his current rates are unbelievably low as he is trying to get his own thing going right now! He is very personable, easy going, and fun. You are sure to enjoy workouts wih him if you enjoy working hard and sweating!
Chef Dave was the absolute best! He prepared an amazing meal one of the nights for my sister's bachlorette party in Nashville. A week leading into my trip he contacted me and helped me put together a delicious southern inspired menu for all eleven girls. He was very accommodating, there was a vegetarian in our party, so he made an additional entree just for her. On the day of, he remained in constant communication with me letting me know details on his arrival and the minor changes to the menu (he was looking out for the best ingredients). When he arrived he was super professional but extremely personable. Being in a house with eleven talkative girls who ask a million questions is tough, despite that, he managed to get everything done and put together an amazing meal. The food he prepared was phenomenal, we started with fried green tomatoes then a Jack Daniels braised short rib with rosemary mash potatoes and asparagus for the entree and sides. But the one thing that still has me and the other girls talking is his croissant bread pudding bananas fosters. You haven't lived until you've had this bread pudding! Chris catered my wedding last weekend for over 200 people & the food was delish!! We had bbq nachos- the queso was to die for- chicken tenders, Mac n cheese (my favorite) beans, cole slaw- he made everything specifically how we asked for it & we couldn't have been more pleased. His staff was quick & accomodating to our guests. We highly recommend!

Tammy is dependable, reliable, and does an excellent job cooking for us. Her food is very good. She has a wide range of dishes she can make. She is flexible and will bring recipes and ideas or make whatever we ask of her. She has a good attitude and is always willing to do what is needed.

My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
I contacted Chef Casandra with a catering idea for a unique birthday party... an afternoon High Tea! She got right to work researching the traditional menus and history of High Teas. She was quick to respond with suggestions and took my initial concept to a whole new level! Chef Casandra took care of everything from the serving trays to rentals to the food (of course) and even hand-selected the assortment of tea offerings. Her creativity and professionalism are superb... not to mention, the food! Everything was so delicious! My guests left impressed, delighted and -- most importantly -- full! I will absolutely work with Chef Casandra again and will be quick to recommend her to anyone seeking an amazing catering chef. Thank you, Chef Casandra, for making my birthday one to remember!!
My uncle and mother ordered us a weeks worth of food as a surprise gift. Needless to say we were VERY surprised. We follow a ketogenic diet and not only were the meals keto, she even wrote the Macros on the containers for us! Amazing food and amazing service! Will definitely be ordering again
There are a lot of trainers in Murfreesboro, but they took their time to do EVERYTHING for me - The nutrition plans, body measurements, the training, and actually showed enthusiasm. Definintely recommend Dejan and Jackie!
I was the one that hired Gail last minute to cook breakfast for 350 people a fundraiser for African Leadership (our previously acquired caterer backed out last minute). I knew Gail's food would be tasty and top quality - as I had had the privilege of being her roommate for a year! But she also managed the kitchen effortlessly (or at least appeared to), directing volunteers and getting food out to everyone hot and timely! We thoroughly appreciated Gail's professionalism and willingness to take on the challenge last minute.
