- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of continuing education. I do classes with arounf four different companies and I also read, read, read the latest food trends and foodies blogs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to cook. My nana (grandmother) always did all the cooking for our family. We have a HUGE family and I can remember being three years, old standing on a chair, rolling meatballs. Cooking now with my nana, my mother, my sisters and my daughter, and my nieces is the best bonding experience you can have. I fell in love with making people happy through food. I knew I could never really be happy doing anything else.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings are our biggest reserved jobs. June through September is a very busy catering month overall in Nashville. We do have a lot of Corporate lunches, Holiday parties and social events as well.
