Introduction: I've worked hard to become a great teacher that meets students where they are in their playing, and brings them to a higher level with their playing.
I understand and have been in all the ruts that players new and old find themselves in, and have designed exercises and creative lessons to get them out of those ruts.
I also get that some people want to play for different reasons- some want to be professionals, others just want to have a little fun, and I custom design all my lessons to fit my students' individual needs.
Since I started playing 14 years ago, I've loved guitar. The way it sounds in a song, the rush I get from playing a fast lick or a well-placed riff, and the joy of teaching others how to actually PLAY their instrument-- not just have it make cool sounds!

Brandon is a fantastic guitar player! Not only does he have the chops and in-depth knowledge of the fretboard, but he has a great ear they can hear the changes and he can play the space. Highly recommended!!

Brandon helped me understand the Nashville number system and understanding and playing through the different modes over different chord progressions. He was extremely personable and stopped at nothing to help me catch on, whether it was one on one lessons or working with me over phone/FaceTime. The only way he could've been better was if he got me a paying gig!

I met Brandon a few months ago and we have met several times for lessons. I usually bring him something that I want to learn and he teaches me how to play it and the techniques involved. Even if I don't bring him something, he's always had something he can teach me! Great player!

Brandon is a fantastic musician and an equally great teacher. He helped me understand the importance of various chord voicings and the importance layering those voicings when playing with other guitar players. Brandon also taught me (in simple terms) how to improve my lead playing but not only teaching various scales but specifically how to apply those scales to modern music. Brandon is super knowledgable and understands how to teach students of all skill levels.

Brandon Stiles is a phenomenal guitar teacher. There are plenty of talented guitarist in Nashville, but being talented at an instrument does not make you a good teacher of that instrument. I have studied with MANY different guitar teachers and Brandon is by far the best. He listens very closely and pays attention to every detail in our lessons. A lot of guitar teachers can be very spacey and scatter-brained in a lesson that you're paying good money for. With Brandon you get his full attention and energy, and you will walk out of the room a better guitar player. I could not recommend him more!
