- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some projects require a greater amount skill and expertise than others. Therefore, my pricing varies depending on the type of project as well as the location of the project. I'll typically come out to asses the project and then provide a free estimate within a day or two.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I'll set up a phone call to discuss the project and then schedule a time and day to come take a look. I'll then send over an estimate for approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation remodeler. I have over 15 years experience working for my father's company, Hoelzeman Remodeling, Inc. in Conway, AR.
