Laura and Maria showed up on time to look at the job and give me an estimate. They said they would be back the next morning to do the job which was great! The next day Laura could see that they were running slightly late so she sent me a text to let me know. That never happens!! And they weren't even that far behind schedule. She is a very good communicator. The job included some wood repair, recaulking, and painting. Oh, and some unexpected stripping of door hinges as I could not find new hinges that matched the holes of the previous hinges and we thought it best not to drill any more holes in the door to make new hinges fit. They worked diligently to strip off the old paint-encrusted hinges in a short period of time. I work at home, and I could tell they tried so hard not to disturb me by keeping their voices down which I thought was very sweet. I am so pleased with the final results of their work. I keep going out and looking at my front door just to appreciate the before and after. I highly recommend Laura's painting!
