Worst excuse for a business we've ever encountered. They showed up 8 HOURS LATE-my pregnant wife and I were up until 5 am dealing with them and the move. The crew chief was professional, but the other two movers were sketchy slackers who were more concerned about smoking cigarettes than working. The overshot the estimate by almost $1k, and then copped an attitude when we 'only' tipped them $200. When I called the next day to complain and request a partial refund for the fiasco, the owner just blew us off. DO NOT use these clowns!May 22, 2015Movers-N-More's reply
Obviously this is another moving company writing bad reviews about us. They do it! We have had absolutely no complaints about this at all. This is a completely false review. It's a shame that these places let just anyone with an email address write them.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were extremly professional and easy to work with. They showed up on time and worked the entire time they were here. They did the job quickly and effiecently and handled all our stuff with care. They did not charge us a penny more then what we were quoted. DO NOT USE THEM. AFTER A MOVE TO ATLANTA I FINALLY FINISHED UNPACKING AND FOUND THAT A DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RING WAS STOLEN. THE BOX IT WAS IN...COMPLETELY EMPTY. I WAS JUST INFORMED THAT THEY ARE NOT TO TOUCH JEWELRY BOXES WHEN MOVING PEOPLE. WELL, THEY DID AND NOW A $2500.00 RING IS GONE THAT WAS MEANT FOR SOMEONE....OF COURSE IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY COULD CARE LESS. ALSO, AFTER 2 MONTHS I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO TAKE A LOOK AT MY MOTORCYCLE THAT THEY SAID WOULD BE NO PROBLEM TO PUT ON THE TRUCK. THE TANK HAD BEEN DENTED. GRANTED, IT IS MY FAULT FOR NOT LOOKING AT MY BIKE BUT I HAVE NOT RIDDEN IT SINCE IT WAS TAKEN OFF THE TRUCK. NOR HAD I EVEN TAKEN THE COVER OFF. WILL, THE PERSON WHO SO "KINDLY" EXPLAINED TO ME BEFORE MY MOVE THAT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS WERE "MISUNDERSTANDINGS" MADE NO ATTEMPT TO EVEN TRY TO BE UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE SITUATION. VERY VERY RUDE RIGHT OFF THE BAT AND YES I WAS UPSET TOO BUT VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTAIN MYSELF WHEN A SUPPOSED BUSINESS MAN DOES NOT EVEN WANT TO LISTEN OR EVEN TRY TO HELP. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO IS PLANNING A MOVE TO USE SOMEONE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND DO NOT BACK UP ANYTHING THEY SAY. THEY WILL BE VERY PLEASANT AT FIRST BUT GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. This customer is lying! The customer drove his own motorcycle off the truck himself. And there were no damages. You can't move a motorcycle down a ramp with a cover over it! And our movers did not steal any ring. We do not move jewelry boxes period. 2 1/2 months later he's reporting this.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We had an appointment for over 2 weeks for 2 movers and a truck. They were supposed to be at our apt at 3:00pm. At 4:00pm when they didn't show up, I had to call and ask if everything was ok. The lady that answers the phone informed me that she would find out where the men were and call me back. At 5:00pm, she still hadn't called so I called her back. She said the guys were running behind and could they be at our apt at 8:00pm. I asked for a discount since they were now 5 hours late and she said they couldn't do that. So, we accepted that and waited. At 8:15pm I called her and said the guys still were not at our apt. She said they could do it in the morning. I said NO! We have had an appt. and we have been waiting all day. They are supposed to be 24 hour movers! She said she would see what she could do and call me back. We never heard from them again. I tried to call back, my husband tried to call back, my mom even tried to call! NOTHING!!!!!! The next day we rented a uhaul and a friend helped us move. The customer service sucks SOOOOOO bad!!!!!!!!May 28, 2013
