- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The reason that our pricing may be a little more than the average Thumbtack company as we own all of our trucks and equipment (no uhauls) and only have full time, background checked and fully insured employees. Paying a little extra ($10-20 hr) for peace of mind is certainly recommend as we have seen that there is nothing more expensive than a cheap move. We encourage you to also look outside of Thumbtack also as we are highly rated on all platforms and not just this one which is hugely important.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From hello to unloading the last piece into its place in your new home. Moves are so much fun and stress free with us as we try to make it as simple as possible. We can usually quote you an estimate right over the phone and send over everything prior so there are no surprises. Once scheduled, you will receive your confirmation email to assure everything is correct. Our staff will remain available leading up to your move day should you need any additional assistance or rescheduling help due to unforeseen issues. On move day the guys will call you to confirm and arrive within their scheduled time frame (any delays will be communicated) with a proper greeting and walk thru for the best plan of action. The guys will disassemble, pad wrap and try to accommodate any special requests for you as the homeowner throughout completion. We will strategically pack our trucks and secure your belongings for the safest ride. Once in the new home we will generally do a walkthru to get a sense of where and how they would like everything set up to assure your needs are met. Once everything is unloaded, we will remove any wrap and everything is assembled and in place or that you're satisfied with your service. Payment will be due upon completion (check or cards only) and gratuities are always appreciated for a job well done : )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a small local business started right here in Nashville in 2012. We train all of our staff with vidoes, workbooks and hands on before they ever step fot in your home. We are consistent thru all seasons which means we have a higher skillset than the average seasonal mover.
