$300 + food cost = menu planning, shopping, dinner for four people $350 + food cost = menu planning, shopping, week of food prepared in one day and stored for two adults
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with all the latest food trends and diets. I love to read culinary literature.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child, I loved to eat. I would eat anything. That love of eating became a love of cooking. I would stand on a chair in my grandmothers kitchen and help her cook and clean dishes. I made cakes, and prided my self on my famous hotdogs to all my 1st grade friends. My mother got sick when I was ten and I took over the cooking. It is a love I have always had and have always enjoyed.
