Mr. Law Larson what an incredible trainer he is. Mr. Larson understands what it means to listen and take on your goals as his. He comes in to each session with a goal in mind and motivates you to complete each exercise and goes at your pace. He has transformed my body by building muscle while cutting fat and gaining weight, all at the same time. If there were more stars to give I would. If you are looking to challenge yourself physically he is the trainer for you. If your looking to loose weight he is the person to see. If you want to gain strength and muscles he is the personal trainer for you. I would recommend him now and in the future to anyone who is looking for one. He is very versatile in his dynamics and training sessions. He has helped me set goals and we met and exceeded these goals in 12 sessions. He is a great trainer and person.

Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I've taken many personal development courses including live courses from well known gurus in the industry. I can honestly say that my experience with Deborah was the most beneficial of anything I had ever done before or since. Matt is a FANTASTIC trainer! I lost 15 pounds training with Matt! He truly wants to help you reach your goals. Matt helped me understand that nutrition is the key to weight loss results and he also helped me see that it can be much easier to eat healthy when you take a long term health approach diet. His training is extremely specific and precise. He has a plan at all times that is catered to your abilities. In our workouts we focused on strength and what he called "muscle building cardio". He's truly an expert on exercise and making the goal of the exercise or circuit clear. The workouts were REALLY tough, but we pushed through every workout and it was worth it. I would recommend Matt to anyone that's looking for a personal trainer. He's always extremely professional and just a really nice guy to be around. Definitely a 5 star trainer!

I trained with Anica for a year while she was training in a gym, and then again for several months in her personal studio. She was great at helping me to tone up and lose weight, and worked with me on modifications when I needed them. She has all the equipment needed for a great workout session. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer!
Over the Thanksgiving holiday, I went to Nashville, Tennessee to visit with Patrick and his family. And I have to tell you, on the scale of 1 to 10, 10 being best—10. Patrick started his own business and he is a personal trainer. He teaches you how to exercise, the kind of food to eat. I have to tell you, when I saw Patrick, it was shocking, because he is so fit. He lost weight. He got rid of that belly! On Friday he took me and gave me a workout, and I surrendered, meaning that I just let him train me, right? And I didn’t know what to expect. And we worked out—he worked me out—he worked out, too, along with me. And he gave me an excellent workout. I was so worn down and tired, I said, “Look, I gotta go. I gotta shower and take a nap. And he had some more clients he had to go train, so I went and showered and took a nap [laughs]. It was an excellent workout. It’s just so nice to see that in life, if you put the energy and time into something, you can literally do it. And it’s something that Patrick has wanted to do ever since I’ve known him, and I think he’s into exercising and eating right all his life. And to see him doing it, is amazing. And he’s good. Really good at it. When I saw him he had lost so much weight I was shocked. Because you know how when you lose weight you don’t look like the fat person. Wow—he really improved. He really looked good. And his wife looks good. He’s been working out his wife and kid. And they’re all fit and looking well. His wife looks totally different. She’s fit, she looks rested, she really looks good, and so does his son. I am a life coach not a liscensed therapist or counselor in Tennessee. I worked for seven years in a dual diagnosis mental health/drug and alcohol facility. I not only helped both adults and adolescents get sober but even more so dealt with patients issues in their relationships, spotted issues and came up with solutions that could sabotage continued sobriety/happiness. Since most patients used alcohol and drugs to cope with problems in their life, my belief is by fixing those underlying issues so patients no longer feel the need to medicate to deal with life. I love relationship therapy, conflict resolution and strengthening relationships. I have a keen ability to see the whole picture and am able to point out in a loving but matter of fact way. I don't take sides I call it as it is. I had a foster daughter with serious family, mental health issues and lots of personal problems. I got her at age 15 and raised her till 19. After lots of life coaching, family counseling, self esteem work she graduated high school and even went to college. She went on to getting married and having two kids. She was a difficult case but her mom trusted my abilities enough to sign over custody to me. Lastly my approach to life coaching is unique in that it involves taking a serious look at a clients character defects, letting go of resentments that hold people back from true happiness, helping clients identify the root cause of their emotions/problems and learning to truly love themselves.
