Introduction: Hi! Im Rachel from Rachelpixiefit and I offer personalized training programs specifically for women and couples who want to look and feel their best. I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist and graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I have helped hundreds of clients lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, and overcome injuries and pain that had been holding them back from living the life they deserve. My goal is to help men and women of all ages find out how strong they really are and finally reach their goals. We only have one body and one life so we have to take care of it. When training with me, you will learn proper technique for working out, as well as gain the knowledge of what your body needs and how to best apply it. Workouts will be filled with fun, unique exercises that will be tailored specifically towards your desires and goals. Nutrition is another key component when it comes to my clients accomplishing what they have always dreamed of. After attending Nutrition school, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge in this field which is something that can't be overlooked when trying to reach health and fitness goals. I teach my clients what the best foods are for their individual bodies and how to eat more intuitively without restrictive dieting. I am passionate about fitness because it has completely changed my life and I want to help you change yours!

Personal Training

Rachel is simply the best. She is knowledgeable, professional and an expert in her field. Ive only been training for a couple weeks and can already feel the difference. I was weary at first about virtual training but it is probably tougher than if it would have been in person. She is very keen on form and knows when you are off, even through the camera. She has helped me shift my nutrition and fitness goals towards a life change vs just hoping to lose some weight right now. I am so happy I chose her as my personal trainer!

Personal Training

After working with Rachel for only a month and a half, I have started to see real results! I have lost about a pound every week and my strength has improved. Rachel has a gift for keeping me motivated and hard at work during our sessions. She brings something new to every session and she’s taken all the misery out of exercising. Finding a personal trainer was my last resort and I am glad I did. Rachel has been nothing but great. Not only is she thorough, she is punctual, professional, and kind. She pushes me when I need to and plans a workout that will leave me sweating but feeling great! HIGHLY recommend

I have been considering personal training for years due to poor form when exercising, muscle imbalances, and to learn how to exercise and eat to maintain weight/muscle. I was also in an exercise rut for two years and wanted to be more consistent and knowledgeable about what exercises I was doing. Rachel was the perfect fit for all of my needs and it is clear that I made the right choice working with her. I have been working with Rachel virtually for 7 sessions. Rachel is very descriptive on form and also demonstrates exercises which makes working virtually easy. Rachel is professional and personable. It is clear when working with her that she has a lot of experience in working with people with muscular imbalances and injuries/at risk for injuries. She listens to feedback and modifies exercises at the same time as providing a challenge. She wants me to be knowledgeable of why I am doing things, and she also wants me to do exercises that I enjoy to help make it a habit. Rachel is also affordable but she has high quality work.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices vary depending on the package size and each persons individual goals and training frequency. Discounts may be offered when purchasing in bulk and for other various exceptions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a one on one virtual or in person consultation to get to know each other and go over fitness goals etc. This meeting also includes a physical fitness assessment to scale where the client is and where they want to go.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy Of Sports Medicine. I am also a Corrective Exercise specialist and work with a range of clientele who have physical limitations/ injuries and help them heal their bodies. I am certified in nutrition by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and teach my clients about intuitive eating. I also have extensive kettlebell and TRX training as well as group fitness. I have over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness world.
