I take a yin/meditation class with Theresa. This class is the calm in my week. I have lupus and love the restorative yoga portion of the class and then we move into meditation...Ah, sweet relief. This allows me to get out of my own head and by the time it is over I feel like a brand new person ready for the rest of the week. I have had so much trouble in the past with meditation, it was near impossible for me, there is just something about her voice that makes it so much easier. I love Theresa and her class!
I've been fortunate to train with Heydi on and off for a few years and I want to stress how amazing she is. Even though, I have stopped working out sometimes, her nutrición tips had helped me maintain a healthy weight. Heydi is a complete coach that has helped me develop capacities that I wouldn't be able to know without her guidance. I have to mention also that she's an amazing instructor..I have taken many of her classes from Zumba to power Yoga..she is patient and if you fall of track, she always welcomea you back with her awesome smile and bubbly personality and news..something I absolutely love about her and that makes her unique, is that she's ALWAYS updating her tools and techniques which makes the workouts FUN and efficient all at once. So yeah if you are ready for a change and looking for someone to guide you through change you should for sure give her a call!
Maryam's love and dedication to her craft definitely shows through her work. I've received massages and spiritual counseling from her on multiple occasions - she's amazing. She adds a special touch to everything she does that by far separates her from the rest.
Yoga one-on-one with Laure was incredible. Her soothing voice guided me through a challenging variety of poses focused on creating strength and balance. Most helpful was her undivided attention to my movements. At times she was able to make small adjustments which made big differences in my practice. I highly recommend Laure for both individual yoga sessions or small group sessions. She is in tune with the way the human body moves while being a warm and friendly person to spend time with.
This class can be structured as a power flow or a more restorative class. I am open to working with you on what you need! The power flow class will get you sweating and also increase your flexibility. A more restorative class will be focused on stretching and breath. Meditation/breathing exercises are an option for part of the class as well. Meditation and yoga combined has made a huge difference in my personal life, and I would love to share that with you.
