Love Thy Neighbor Real Estate Group was inspired by the idea that a consumer's everyday purchases could contribute to a larger cause, and make an impact on our world. It is the concept behind the "Newman's Own®" brand of products that the late actor Paul Newman launched years ago. At Love Thy Neighbor we are extending this concept to the real estate market, but with one notable difference. Our clients can choose the 501(c)(3) charitable organization, school, or religious organization to which Love Thy Neighbor will donate 25% of our commission when the transaction closes. Your real estate transactions can make a difference, one property at a time. There is no additional cost associated with the transaction. You can choose to make a difference, and you get to choose what that difference will be. Kayla Eaton with Love Thy Neighbor Real Estate Group has lived in Middle Tennessee for 11 years. She is originally from Homestead, Florida which is an hour below Miami and right in the middle of the Everglades. Kayla Graduated from Western Kentucky University with Bachelors of Arts Degree in Non-Profit Management. Her desire to help people achieve their goals/dreams is what lead her to the real estate profession where initially she worked in new construction sales, then as a transaction coordinator, then as a buyers specialist for one of the top 25 real estate teams in Middle Tennesse all before creating Love Thy Neighbor Real Estate Group. This experience has created a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the real estate transaction making a stressful/difficult process easy and hopefully fun for all her clients. By living in West Nashville Kayla specializes in Nashville metro real estate market as well as the Brentwood/Franklin areas. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?FREE - If you are buying a home the seller pays all of the agent's fees. This means that you can chose the charity, school, or religious organization that will receive the $500.00 of our commission as a donation from YOU without paying anything out of pocket! 6% of List Price - If you are selling a home. As industry standard 3% will go to the buyer's agent and 3% will go to love thy neighbor. Again the difference with Love Thy Neighbor is that we will give $500.00 of the money we receive to the charitable organization of your choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we set up a meeting in order to meet one another and to decipher if we'd be a good fit for you. I then will take you through an educational presentation on the in's and outs of buying or selling a home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Interview agents. Don't just pick one because he/she was recommended. Interview a few and see which one feels the best for you!
