- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE - If you are buying a home the seller pays all of the agent's fees. This means that you can chose the charity, school, or religious organization that will receive the $500.00 of our commission as a donation from YOU without paying anything out of pocket! 6% of List Price - If you are selling a home. As industry standard 3% will go to the buyer's agent and 3% will go to love thy neighbor. Again the difference with Love Thy Neighbor is that we will give $500.00 of the money we receive to the charitable organization of your choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we set up a meeting in order to meet one another and to decipher if we'd be a good fit for you. I then will take you through an educational presentation on the in's and outs of buying or selling a home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview agents. Don't just pick one because he/she was recommended. Interview a few and see which one feels the best for you!
