FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its pretty straight forward. I will give an upfront price for a successful completed repair to be paid at the time service is rendered. If parts need to be sourced, a deposit from the customer may be requested. Please note that sometimes unforeseen damage or issues may be discovered and the repair will halt until the customer understands the changes and how (if at all) it will effect the total repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation is had whether on the phone or in person, an estimate is presented and if the customer approves it, the repair is done. At completion, what was done is shown and explained to the customer, the bill gets paid and the transaction is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A BS in Business from Davis Lipscomb University, Certifications from University of Georgia and Total Tech here in Nashville. I also have 10 years of hands on experience in Plumbing and Irrigation.
