- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more sessions you purchase with us the more money you save per session while keeping the same value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically offer a COMPLIMENTARY success session where we first start off with a brief workout based on what the clients goals are initially. After the brief workout we sit down and go over a few questions to gather the necessary information to help put together a plan of action to accomplish the clients health and fitness goals. Once we do that we book the schedule to fit both the client and my availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me personally I have Bachelors and Masters in Human Physiology and Exercise science and I also have over 10 years of boxing fitness experience.
