The best social media pages are the ones that communicate authentically with its followers, and I've learned through working with a variety of different types of artists how best to approach a social audience with sincerity, while keeping the content interesting, light, and fresh. I love being the interface between brand and consumer. Determining what the audience is seeking by following an account and delivering exactly that is extremely satisfying. Creating a social account is easy, building it into an account of value is anything but.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?The most intense, yet rewarding experience from my professional career would have to be helping Cole Swindell win ACM New Artist of the Year this past April. The category is a fan-voted one, fans had to visit a particular site daily to vote, so it was a terrific exercise in striking the balance between building urgency, getting the word out adequately, and staying true to Cole's voice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I'd hire someone who treats your company less like a gig or a project to knock out and more like a relationship. Also, someone who is willing to hand over the reins and teach you how to run your own socials, rather than force you to be dependent on them.
