Swim Easy

Introduction: I teach basic, intermediate and advanced swimming techniques for people of all ages. I can also help beginners perfect their specialty strokes through teaching them proper form, training techniques and breathing methods. Because I grew up swimming everyday (as far as I can remember) and have enjoyed being in the water ever since, you would find how easy it is to swim (and burn those unwanted fats!) when I teach you the simple dynamics of swimming. You will see how it could be really fun and therapeutic, and most importantly, how learning the simple things (and little facts about swimming) can save your life!
