Naomi was so supportive of my wedding flower vision! She was really responsive to the my questions and so flexible when I had to add a few more boutonnieres and corsages. I gave her a challenge to find raspberry colored flowers and she did find flowers that were that color and truly beautiful. My bouquet was lovelier than I ever imagined possible. Naomi did a fantastic job with our theme and the individual unique boutonnieres and corsages were a hit and made dresseding our wedding party more fun! I loved that Naomi was in touch via text or email the whole time before the wedding and more so in the days leading up to it. She even gave my coordinator a lesson on the table arrangements. I could not be happier!

Brigett of B-Golden Events is an outstanding and very professional wedding planner. We worked together recently on a wedding - and my company Nashville Elite Wedding & Party DJs was the DJ. Brigett is very thorough, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. She does a fantastic job with timeline, scheduling leading up into the event and communicating on behalf of her client.

Super helpful and fast customer service with these wedding planners. They were very efficient in helping me sort out my wedding invitations, receptions and decoration. They gave me a very thorough report of every single little detail and made sure I was an integral part of the wedding planning, except all the heavy and administration work was left to them. Very pleased with the service provided.

What I didn't know, and what most brides don't know until after the fact (hindsight is always 20/20...), is that what you really need in a wedding planner is someone who is organized and in control, but who does everything under the radar, catering to your specific personality throughout the planning and wedding day. Holly was the perfect combination of exactly what I needed during what can be a stressful time for brides. She was in control throughout the whole process and made sure nothing was forgotten or untimely, yet maintained a calm and comforting demeanor through it all. I can honestly say that our wedding day would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did without her help and support, and would recommend her to any bride!

A great experience using Bashville Events , when planning an upcoming party for my little sister. Rebecca was quick to respond to my initial request and asked questions that I hadn't even thought of asking. The quality level and entertainment during the party was amazing. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to schedule their next event.

She helped me plan my son's graduation party. It was awesome. She utilized his favorite hobby (video games) to create a theme for the party . She even surprised us with a cake deigned as a game controller. Everyone loved it . Hiring Amber was the best thing I ever did, because I would have never came up with her ideas and been able to decorate with so much going on. Thanks again Amber . She is worth hiring .

Lauren was an amazing party planner- she listened to what I wanted, asked the right questions and totally made my vision come to life. She also stood up for what I wanted when others tried to change things and made sure I didn't worry about anything. Would definitely recommend her in the future!

I received my Master's degree in May 2013, and my family graciously decided to throw a party to celebrate. My mother had worked with Mary before, and I had attended events styled by her. So, we both knew that she would do a beautiful job. When we met with her, she was very accommodating and informative. She let us know what would work best in the chosen space and the best way to execute our chosen color scheme. When I saw the finished product, I was completely blown away. She remembered to incorporate my favorite flower into the centerpieces on top the numerous other beautiful details. No matter where you looked, there was something amazing to be seen. I really appreciated the work that she and her team did.

Stephanie helped plan all of the décor elements and vendor management for our rustic country themed holiday party with over 500 attendees. She went above and beyond in adapting to last minute changes and sending us additional options as requested throughout the planning process. The day of the event Stephanie and her team arrived early and worked hard to make every detail of the party perfect! We will definitely consider using Socialize Event Co. in the future for our party planning needs!

I could not have imagined our special day without the help of Ashley as our Day of Coordinator. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator at all (since I was so concerned with our budget), but I don't know what I would have done without her. My hope was to have someone to be the point person for the entire wedding day, and she did the job beautifully! You can tell she has a real passion for this business, and with her getting married a year ago, she really knows what a bride needs and expects from a planner and coordinator. She remained very organized and on top of everything. She kept in constant communication with myself and the vendors, making sure no detail was left out. The day of the wedding, she kept the staff, vendors, and wedding party on the timeline we had set out. It was very organized but did not have to be to the minute which is what I wanted for our guests and wedding party. It was able to flow perfectly without being rushed from one event to the next. If there was ever a hiccup, she handled it with ease and discretion, because my husband and I just had an absolute blast without any stress or worry. She worked so hard from assisting with all of the set up and tear down, cuing the transitions from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, and then to departure. Ashley followed our vision to the T with how the venue and decorations were arranged, and assisted us when we needed suggestions or opinions. I would highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a hard working, organized, and responsible Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator.

Christen was very helpful and superb at setting up the entire decoration for the construction theme based birthday party for my son. We are very very impressed with the way she designed the theme and the way she did the decoration of the party venue. She is very friendly and provides the best bang for the buck. Even with just 4 days notice, she did a fabulous job.

Ever since the beginning Kendra was a pleasure to work with. I never thought to hire a event planner, but that was probably the best money I spent when planning my mother's 50th birthday party. She worked with my budget and was in contact with me from the day I hired her until the day after my event. I had a issue with the venue and after I told Kendra how upset I was, I asked her to talk to the manager of the venue, and she was able to get a extra hour of open bar For Free! I will definitely be recommending Classy Celebrations to my friends and family! Such a pleasure to work with, I'm so happy I chose them to be apart of my mother's special day. Thank you Kendra

              What is a wedding planner?

A wedding planner is a professional service provider whose job it is to organize and execute all the details of a couple’s wedding. A wedding planner can be contracted at any stage in the wedding planning process to help to any degree the couple is willing to pay for. Wedding planning is similar to event planning in that a planning team handles the coordination of multiple wedding elements including catering, venue, guests, entertainment, decor, transportation and more. Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding can confirm that wedding planning is hard work. Experience brings wisdom when it comes to avoiding or resolving day-of challenges. There is no legal regulatory body that oversees or certifies wedding planning as an industry. Anyone who chooses can call themselves a wedding planner. When looking for a wedding planner, be sure to read reviews, and make smart hiring decisions by asking about licenses and insurance.

How much does it cost for a wedding planner?

Wedding planning is a full-time job — unless you hire a professional to handle the hard work for you. The cost for a wedding planner will depend on the level of service you desire. The least expensive wedding planner option is day-of coordination, then partial service, then full-service.

The national average cost for wedding planning is between $990 and $1,300. Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

              • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
              • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
              • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more. Here the professional handles all wedding and planning details including working on design, securing rentals, getting the venue and vendors, and handling complete execution of the event. Time commitment could be 50-150 hours or more, depending on package and pricing.
              • Consulting: $50-$150 per hour for design, vendor, reception and other wedding planning consultation.
Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
