We had a water leak and called IRS. Preston was on the phone with me within 30 minutes and was at the house within an hour. He was great. I cant say enough good things about him. He kept us informed all the way through his process and wanted to be there when adjuster came in case there were any questions. Great job guys!!

I literally crossed my fingers and hoped I got lucky when I was looking for restoration companies and this one was the first one that popped up. Preston(owner) was extremely professional upon initial contact. He was able to come that same day. After our conversation & site assessment I was immediately put at ease. As a female handling repair matters I've had encounters where men try to take advantage of the situation. That was not the case with Preston, he scheduled the work quickly, he was accommodating & helpful with the space preparation. He truly went above & beyond, he was on time, communicative, & the work & clean-up were superb. His turnaround with the work summary for the insurance company was timely.He even gave me greater insight into my challenge ahead that helped me deal with contractors. He gave peace to a scary & stressful situation. I'm truly grateful to have found this company. Thank you! I would give ten gold stars too!
