Connor was great to work with. Gave us excellent feedback on how to handle our situation and completed a few minor tasks we hadn’t discussed as well. We will use Smooth Sailing for any plumbing issues going forward.

From my very first contact with Smooth Saling Plumbing, the experience was absolutely exceptional. Their technician, Alex, was incredibly helpful and professional. What stood out the most was that he diagnosed our problem not from the perspective of trying to make more money off of us, but with a genuine desire to help us rectify the issue in the most cost-effective way possible. It is rare to find that level of honesty and integrity in home services. I will definitely be reaching out to Smooth Saling again for all my future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!

Details: No, repair is not urgent • Only one drain has issues • Leaking (problem area known) • House

Smooth Saling Plumbing LLC's reply

Fantastic service from Colin. Switched out washer hoses to preferred steel mesh, confirmed water to washer is o when handle perpendicular to pipe, despite what AI says, fixed hot water flow to kitchen sink, pointed out the actual house water shutoff valve in basement, different than what the home inspector said (that was shutoff to hot water heater only) and replaced a temporary shark tooth valve with a permanent connection in the crawl space. He spotted this issue and we are glad he did since it should have been switched out long ago.
Smooth Saling Plumbing LLC's reply
Hi Leslie, Thank you for the fantastic and detailed review! We're glad Collin could help get everything in your new home properly addressed, from the washer hoses and water shutoff valves to the kitchen sink hot water and crawl space plumbing connection. We truly appreciate your trust in Smooth Saling Plumbing and are glad Collin took the time to identify and correct an issue that had been overlooked. We look forward to helping with any future plumbing needs!
