- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always give a flat rate for my clients based on their coverage time. This helps my clients plan, and leaves no gray area. I do require payment in full on the day of services. If a wedding, I do require an in-person consultation and a 25% deposit to hold my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically consult via text or through the app first to make sure we're a good fit. I then ask clients to mark transactions as HIRED in the Thumbtack app. When a formal venue is reserved, and when possible, I like to meet clients prior to event at the venue. I find this helps tremendously in the planning process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Several master level courses and workshops under National Geographic photographers. I also teach workshops on people photography.
