Introduction: Wild Iris Yoga bring the yoga teacher to the student rather the student coming to a large studio. One-on-one classes allow the student to answer any questions they might have with out feeling uncomfortable. Group classes allow the whole family to get involved, create your own fitness group or even have a yoga party.
I love helping others and helping people be comfortable in their bodies. I love watching student bodies change and get stronger and watching their self-confidence, attitude and out look change to a more positive state of being.
