Introduction: I am a yoga therapist, and I specialize in helping clients reduce pain, physical or emotional.

We will incorporate asanas (poses), meditation, pranayama (breath work), affirmations, and energy work to help you reach your highest potential.
Having studied yoga therapy in India and having come through my own battles both with physical pain and recovery from an eating disorder, I come to you from a place of compassion and experience.
No yoga experience is necessary, and you don't need to "be flexible" or to be of a certain body type or age to practice.
A desire for change and willingness to put forth the required effort are all that are necessary to see great results.
