FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many people ask for the lowest rate they can get. Pricing always varies based on many factors. How many days? Ages of travelers? Have you cruised before? Type of cabin or room requested? So although we always try to get the best deals for our customers we can't quote an accurate price without getting the answers to a few questions first. When asking for pricing try to include as much information as you can. If you know your budget, include that too so that there is less time wasted looking for something out of your price range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to talk to our clients first to get a feel for what they are looking for in their vacation and to answer a few questions to help us narrow down what's important for the travelers. Texting and email is the second option so be sure to include contact information when asking for information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years in the hospitality industry. I have 5 years of travel experience with a local travel agency and now work out of my home office as a franchise owner with Cruiseplanners.
