- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have billed on an hourly basis since being in business. I find that it stays pretty consistent and have not had a single complaint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with them to find out what their needs are and what their concerns are. My goal is to keep them compliant and make it as painless as possible so they can focus on their true talents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA Concentration in Accounting and Management. I have over 150 hours of college coursework and lots of work experience!
