FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Swift Welding is all me, there are no employees and very little overhead. I'm able to pass that on to my customers, and my pricing is competitive for this market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I try to set up a meeting to speak to a new client in person, so nothing is lost in translation through text or email. I like for everyone to be on the same page before any money changes hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in welding/ fabrication shops for almost 12 years, and went to Miller-Motte Technical College for 15 months, where I graduated at the top of my class. I have held several certifications and completed OSHA training in the past.
