Introduction: I am originally from California and have been in the industry for over 25 years. I have been involved in small remodel jobs to large commercial projects. I have a wide range of experience in many areas of construction that I now enjoy brining to the Nashville area. I have a passion for construction and love applying my knowledge and to see happy customers with a completed project. I am very fair and have many contacts in order to get even the toughest of projects done. I take a lot of pride in work that I perform especially when working in somebodies home. My home is my safe place and want it to be nice and comfortable for my wife and I. When working in someone's home and I expect the same demeanor from myself along with any workers I have working along side me. I experience great joy seeing customers expressions at the end of a project.

Bryan is easy to work with bc he communicates openly and quickly. He realizes he is on the job to do something for me. I had a gal from another company off Thumbtack come over to give an estimate right before Bryan was due to arrive. She was over an hour late citing traffic, was texting with someone else while in my bathroom to see the project and then spent all her time telling me what she was going to do in MY BATHROOM. Bryan listened to me, detailed the steps to be taken to completely redo a shower from the studs. He showed up when he said he would each day and communicated along the way. We are working out an unforeseen issue now and his focus is still on doing the right thing even though he has been paid in full. More updates to come. Stay tuned.

I hired Bryan for the job after interviewing 9 additional contractors to repair my bathroom. We had water manage after the builder did a lazy job doing the tile in our shower. Bryan is almost completed with our master bath project and I plan to use him for future projects. He’s very passionate about his work, is on time, and pay attention to detail; something we value. His pricing is fair for the experience and knowledge he is able to bring! Any issues even minor he will explain and go over options with you, your never left uninformed.

Working with Brian and Top Notch Construction has been a delight. We were VERY nervous about our first major home renovation, but Brian was a helpful every step of the way. Our project had MANY surprises, including major structural damage which was uncovered during the renovation process. Brian was an indispensable resource in terms of navigating our options, and helped us get through some major surprises with minimal stress. Our master bathroom is nearly complete, and we can't wait to work with Brian again on our guest bath.

Bryan recently remodeled my Kitchen and Installed a new walk-in Shower. Bryan He was very professional, punctual, and got the job done in a timely manner. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet them and get a good game plan and execute the plan effeciently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA 10, 40 and Cal OSHA certified. I have several certification in California that do not apply in TN. Working on them as I am farley new to the area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started construction at a very early age and loved it ever since. I enjoy the challenge and love when a customer is very happy.
