After scheduling, quoting, and confirming my move, All Mighty Moving did not show up to the move. I reached out to them multiple times in the days leading up to the move, and despite leaving several voicemails and sending several texts (texts shown in the photos), they made no attempt to let me know that they canceled the job. Rick kept in touch with me throughout the whole moving process. I was so worried because our last moving experience with a different company was a complete nightmare and Rick reassured me that the move would go smoothly. He kept his word all the way to the last item being placed in my new home. His guys worked hard and treated all my items with the utmost care. I can't say enough goods things about this moving team. I had a very good move with Rick with my move to Kentucky. He was accommodating and very responsive in communication. He addressed and questions or concerns that I had about the move. On-time and extremely personable. I've had a full plate with outside stuff going on, and he checked in a few days before the move and the day before to just make sure we were still on schedule.
