- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If clients book an engagement or proposal with me, that fee can be applied to a wedding or elopement package of their choice. Sessions start at $200 for 30 minutes and include a consultation, 40 photos, mood board, online downloadable gallery, thumb drive & discount for future sessions. Weddings start at $2,000 for 6 hours and includes a 1-3 consultations, planning assistance, photography timeline, second photographer, engagement session, online downloadable gallery & discount of future sessions. Elopements are what I live for! Elopements start at $700 for 1 hour and includes consultations, planning assistance, film photos, thumb drive, voucher for a future session, and all images are delivered on an online downloadable gallery. I do offer Photo & Video Bundles starting at $2,500 for 4 hours! All packages are customizable upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Plan a video or phone call and discuss what client is looking for. 2. Review, choose, & place a 25% deposit on package of choice. 3. Plan pre-wedding consultation, engagement session & follow-up consultation. At this time we can discuss if client is looking for vendor recommendations. 4. Engagement session! My couples receive a "sneak peek" of about 10 photos within 2-3 days and their album is complete within 1-2 weeks. 5. Pre-wedding consultation & building a timeline together. 6. Follow-up consultation, if needed. 7. Wedding day! You'll receive your gallery within 3-6 weeks.

I've taken workshops, but most of what I know if learning in the field.
