Introduction: Having had training in the Marines has taught me to perform above and beyond that's why we climb every tree that needs to be climbed to remove,cable trim, crown reduction ,raise, we don't use heavy equipment so your lawn landscaping and such don't get rutted or wrecked if in my mind if your in this industry and can't climb a tree you shouldnt be in business bucket trucks can't reach all trees so this industry has and will always need professional climbers like the ones I personally train we are different in that area all my men climb if they want to learn I even teach recreational climbing to anybody who wants to learn ITS FUN REPELLING out of a tree Nature, the great outdoors ,no better office the view always changes.your free from 4 walls if u smoke lite it your outside up in a tree best view always 120 feet in the air gently swaying can't beat that for a office I look forward to go up higher

Would not hire again. This man had very competitive pricing and a very polite crew, however, his professionalism was lacking. He did not fulfill all terms of the contract, was late 3 out of 4 days on the job (one instance he was 7 1/2 hours late), and ALWAYS wanted cash. The agreement was 500 up front and the remainder upon completion, Andrew got extremely irritated when I told him he would receive a check upon the job being completed. I had 2 family's looking for services, I will not refer him.

Job was completed on time and no damage dirt cheap no one could or would do that job for the price I did on a dead line you gave me we did the job and you paid so that tells it all I thank you sorry I could not please you 100 percent communication breakdown I am making changes to my proposals so there is no more misunderstandings to bite me in the rear

Andy and his wife Betty did an outstanding job on our tree. It is a very large pin oak approximately 85 feet high. Andy got virtually all the dead wood out of the tree and trimmed it up so it now looks gorgeous. Betty worked like a busy little bee around the base of the tree collecting all the limbs, twigs, and leaves that Andy cut out of the tree. They also left the yard immaculate. I would recommend Veteran Tree Experts to anyone that needs a nice trim job on any of their trees. I will also use them again in the future when I need any more tree work.

Andy is a good tree climber. His people skills needs improving , but so do alot of peoples. His price was reasonable and the yard was raked very nicley afterwards. He even did more than agreed on after seeing that one of the trees looked so bad he cut it down to improve the look of the yard. Icam very pleased with his service and have recomended him to the neighbors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i try to be competitive with other tree service pricing but usually lower than them because i dont have the overhead that larger companies have they charge on a average of 250 a hour i am half that for same job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try and stay up to date on all the changing technology on tree arbor gear new climbing technics cabling systems its come a long way in 30 yr
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was in highschool wanted a job applied got it as a grounds man wanted to get off the ground it payed. better so they taught me to gear up showed me the basics safety rules and there I was a climber and love it
