- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes... I am constantly reading books on photography, cameras, and art. In fact, I review some of the books on my website. I think it is very important to keep learning about your work so that you can continue to improve.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice for a client looking to hire a photographer is this... make sure that you find a photographer whose style you like. Obviously, you want to find one within your budget, but most photographers can work with you to get images within any budget. Photographers who retouch your images charge more, but the images usually turn out better. Also, keep in mind that you generally come out better when you pay a bit more up front to get a cd of your images so that you don't have to keep going back to your photographer to have photos printed.
