When we give our quotes we try to include everything so there is no added cost or surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get some basic information to learn about the customers wants and needs. Then we get a little more in depth to really see what we can do to make the customers event perfect and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive chef Jonathan Austin has been an executive chef for over 14 years and worked in the food industry for over 19 years. He has worked for very well known company's like Seasons 52 & Kona Grill as there executive chef. With almost 20 years in the kitchen and a culinary background ranging from simple southern foods to fine dinning ans sushi. Jonathan's goal is to provide seasonally inspired food that caters to your event.
