Grace C. says, "The seal had broken on one of our second-story windows, so it looked foggy between the panes. It was still under warranty, but I had a hard time finding someone willing to install the replacement glass, especially because it was in a tricky spot over an awning. When I called Todd Smith, I could tell that he was experienced and knowledgable. He had me send pictures of the window and surrounding area so he could assess the project's needs. When one of his excellent team members, Jake, came to look at the window, he took his time to measure it and realized the replacement glass that the building company had sent me was the wrong size. Todd talked to me on a video call while Jake was there so he could explain the issue to me, and Jake took measurements so the building company could order the right size. Todd called the company multiple times until he was able to speak to the right person and explain what they needed to do to order the right glass for me. (They had previously ordered three different sizes that didn't fit.) It was refreshing to have someone in the industry reach out on my behalf to explain what needed to be done after several false starts. Todd is responsive every time I contact him and answers all my questions about the project. He is a problem-solver who does things right the first time. I'm so grateful to have found Crown Home Services to help me with this issue!"See more

Bodhi, was extremely professional and rather than charge us for a new screen, he went out of the way to try to fix the old screen. It was impossible to fix so he replaced it. My husband was in intensive care during the time. So he did the work while we were away from the home. His cost was very minimal. He pick up the new screen door, replaced the old one and never charged us labor for the days he spent trying to fix the old one. What incredible ethics. He will be my handyman forever.
