I trained with Law for around a year and in that time I had the best results I've ever had. I lost 30 lbs while working with him and also was impressed not just with the weight loss but also the toning and muscle definition I gained. Law is very knowledgable in how he programs his workouts to achieve body fat percentage loss and toning. He is also very knowledgable in programming a diet plan based on what you want to achieve. His training and workouts are hard work but get results if you follow his plan. I would 100% recommend Law as a trainer for anyone at any level of fitness.

Ryan was my personal trainer while I lived in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Not only was Ryan well versed in his craft (nutrition, weight lifting, overall health), but he used his knowledge to create a personalized plan that challenged me. Matt is a FANTASTIC trainer! I lost 15 pounds training with Matt! He truly wants to help you reach your goals. Matt helped me understand that nutrition is the key to weight loss results and he also helped me see that it can be much easier to eat healthy when you take a long term health approach diet. His training is extremely specific and precise. He has a plan at all times that is catered to your abilities. In our workouts we focused on strength and what he called "muscle building cardio". He's truly an expert on exercise and making the goal of the exercise or circuit clear. The workouts were REALLY tough, but we pushed through every workout and it was worth it. I would recommend Matt to anyone that's looking for a personal trainer. He's always extremely professional and just a really nice guy to be around. Definitely a 5 star trainer!

Nate has been my personal trainer for the last 2 years and training with him has changed my life. I began my fitness journey about 2 1/2 years ago when I was 60lbs overweight. In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. I love attending Joseph's boot camp classes! I started attending over 2 years ago and almost down 40 pounds! I was so out of shape when I started and with his training and patience, I was motivated to get healthy again. Classes are fun and I highly recommend Joseph!

Working with Zach was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life. He made every bit of prefers feel like a huge milestone in my weight loss journey. We started in the winter of 2015 and by June of 2016 I've dropped about 75lbs way past my goal of 50lbs. I would recommend him time and time again for his services because he is very thorough with his meal planning, exercises and consistency.
Luke and I worked together 3-4 days per week doing weight training and conditioning workouts. He did a great job of breaking things down to my level and helping me understand the purpose of everything we did. Luke was very helpful with making diet improvements as well. I attend an exercise class with Latonya Johnson on Tuesday and Saturday. She is a very capable instructor, not only does she advise us on what types of foods we should be eating but our workout plan is awesome. We do floor exercises to help work our core, we do strength exercises and exercise to raise our heart rate. We hold the class in church (Temple Fitness) so we are working on God's temple in God's Temple praising he Lord while working out. So I would like to thank LaTonya not only for the workout but for motivation, letting me know I can achieve my weight loss goals. Thanks Deborah
