  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All pricing is up front, send via email with a description of scope and what is to be expected. I offer 10% off for military, veterans, and first responders.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After the initial contact, I like to schedule an in home visit to go over any questions and concerns with the customer. During this time, measurements are taken and any other information I need is collected. I then provide a written estimate, sent via email. Once scope and cost are agreed upon, the work can start.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I offer 16 years of experience.
