- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often receive calls asking how much it is to stage a house. Since every home is different and every client's needs and budget can vary greatly, its impossible to give an accurate quote without first seeing the property. We happily provide custom quotes at no charge.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in staging vacant and model homes, owner occupied re-design services, and home staging consultations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to hire a professional with experience. Also be sure to ask what the average days on market their staged listings sell. That will give you a good indication of their success! Also, ask about specific photos you see in their portfolio. Who was the target buyer, what was the budget, and what were the results? These answers will also be a good indication if the stager is using stock photography and leaving the impression that it is their work.
