If you are searching for a reliable company/contractor, just end your search here. Adam came out and helped me bring my scattered thoughts and plans together, and then he sat down with me and went through a variety of options, helping me decide where I could scrimp and save, and where I should spend more for quality materials. His pricing was up front--I didn't spend a penny more than he originally quoted. He and his worker, Daniel, were fastidious in checking on the progress of the project even on the days they were rained out, just to make sure it was okay during the horrible weather. My yard had a terrible, uneven grade that angled toward the house, and Adam was able to level it into a huge, lovely patio. He was even able to put in a waterfall feature, which is now my favorite part of my yard and the focal point of the space. The best part about working with Adam is that he is patient and accommodating. Every time I had a question or a change of heart about some color option, etc., he walked me through the options again. His only goal was that I would love the final product, and I definitely do! I can't wait to finish out the landscaping around the patio and waterfall, and I'm including some before and after pictures here to show the difference.

Adam, the owner of "Geoscaping" robbed me blind. He asked me to pay for "materials" in advance. Up front he was very convincing, drawing up plans for our back yard patio. He was very prompt and responsive. When he asked for a large initial payment, I was naive and wrote him a check.. Fast forward 5 long months.. we had a big mess in our back yard and no patio. No laborers were coming.. no materials were deposited. I'd started to call him everyday and everyday he would tell me a different excuse. I checked with his suppliers and they informed me that he had multiple outstanding charges and he was no longer allowed to purchase from them. At that point I realized I had enough and had to call it quits. I also had to accept that I will likely never get my money back. Very upsetting. I have since hired a new group that has completed my project in one month's time. Unfortunately they had to undo all of what Adam at Geoscaping had done because basically all he did was block our downspouts with cement so that our foundation would have been ruined if not corrected. This business is a scam and it should be taken down from thumbtack.

While we did not hire Adam since he does not do the type of work we decided on. We were trying to decide between a paver type patio deck and a wood deck. Adam came to the house, spent time with us discussing our thoughts and provided 3D pictures of his concept of a paver type patio deck for us. We decided on a wood deck instead, but Adam impressed us with going the extra mile to win us as customers.

Adam and Daniel did a fantastic job installing a simple pump and basin in our basement. He was very timely in his responses, he charged a fair price, and they did the job with stellar workmanship. They clearly know what they are doing and it shows. I would definitely hire them again!
